Welcome to Walk Woven! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, the purchase of our custom slides, and the services we provide. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Custom Orders: All products are custom-made based on the specifications, including size, provided by the customer at the time of order.
Pricing and Payment: Prices are listed on the product page and are subject to change without prior notice. All payments must be received in full before an order is processed, except within Nigeria where “Payment on Delivery” is explicitly offered and accepted.
Delivery Fees: A delivery fee applies to all orders, whether you opt for pickup at a bus park or direct doorstep delivery. These fees will be calculated after your order submission and it will be discussed when our customer representative reach out via WhatsApp to confirm your order.
Pickup/Delivery Responsibility: For doorstep delivery, the customer is responsible for being available at the agreed-upon location and time to receive and pay for the order.
To ensure the quality and accuracy of your custom product, our return policy requires immediate inspection:
Mandatory Inspection: The buyer is required to inspect the slide immediately upon receiving it. This inspection must be conducted either at the bus park pickup station or immediately upon delivery to the doorstep.
Checking for Defaults: This inspection must confirm the product is free from any physical defects or defaults.
No Returns After Acceptance: Once the slide has been accepted by the buyer or the buyer’s representative at the point of delivery/pickup, it signifies that the product has been received in good condition, and no claims for physical defaults or damage can be entertained thereafter.
Custom Size Guarantee (Replacement Only):
We are confident that we manufacture the slide according to the custom size requirements provided at the time of order.
In the event that the buyer receives a product that is an incorrect size (i.e., a different size than what was explicitly ordered), we will offer a replacement of the item with the correct size. No refunds will be issued for size discrepancies.
Independent Business: Walk Woven is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, YouTube, or any of their partner companies.
Advertising Platform: We use Google Ads and YouTube Ads as marketing platforms to promote our products. Any representations or claims made in our advertisements are solely the responsibility of Walk Woven.
Service Availability: The availability and functionality of Google and YouTube advertising platforms are subject to their respective terms and conditions, over which we have no control.
Non-Endorsement: The display of our products via Google Ads or YouTube Ads does not constitute an endorsement of our products or services by Google or YouTube.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
